The world better hope there’s no connection between this attack and the Ukrainian state, at least if you want to preempt further catastrophic escalation, though there have been brazen attacks by Ukraine before on non-combatant targets in Russia (cafe bombings, car bombings, etc.)

Russia is toying with Ukraine right now.

Could this be a false flag so they go in and take Kiev directly after a massive shock and awe bombing?

Btw, Ukrainians seized the opportunity and launched a large rocket attack against Belgorod today. Surprise!

Nuland’s prophesy of “surprises” against Russia comes true.

Neocon Nostradamus it seems.

And of course it was Ukraine.

Which means it was the United States.

"The massacre comes less than 2 weeks after US claimed a terrorist attack in Moscow was “imminent.”

Dozens are reported dead."

I also want to remind you that Victoria Nuland said, grinning, that Ukraine has surprises for Russia. Are you now aware of where your taxes go?

If you had the power to change one aspect of society to try to prevent tragedies like the Moscow concert attack, what would you change and why?
