So if the embryos die through IVF, will the women receiving them be accused of murder? That’s something the GOP will legislate.

That's what it seems like! I am an IVF mother and it took 2 rounds, implanting 3 embryos in all. Embryo #1, in round 1 didn't attach. 1 of 2 embryos attached in round 2. Does that make me a murderer?? And if so, how??

If that makes you a murderer, it makes every woman who ever had a miscarriage a murderer.

Ohio tried to charge a women very recently for a miscarriage, so it's not outside reality at this point

That was a disturbing case - "abuse of a corpse" - but the grand jury rightly rejected the judge's request to indict. The fetus was already ruled deceased. I'm thinking here of claims that all miscarriages are legally treated as suspected abortions.

Yes, in this case justice was served. But that poor women had to endure a whole lot of **** she shouldn't have simply because she miscarried in the wrong state and the wrong time.

No women should have to endure that
