Warfare, yeah. Welfare? Don’t make me laugh. The welfare system runs almost entirely through the private middle-man, we waste 43% of our wages (total in-the-long-run expenses) in taxes and insurance premiums trying to get that meager and poorly done welfare system (most every developed country pays less and gets more), and yet we still have a garbage healthcare system, built expressly off the failure of privatization in that sector.
