I feel interested in the languages the people are speaking and happy to see they are still keeping their language alive by teaching and speaking it to their family.

 @9HYTTNW from California  agreed…1yr1Y

Because the US is a multi-ethnic country of immigrants. Of course different nations have lots of different languages.

 @9LMVGTK from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

i dont mind because everyone has their own language i speak two languages so i don't mind

 @9LP26VZLibertarian  from California  agreed…1yr1Y

A person's language is a sign of their culture and upbringing. While I think it would be helpful for there to be an international language I recognize that this wouldn't inherently be English and that no one should be made to feel bad for speaking a language different from the "standard."

 @9LP2453 from Michigan  agreed…1yr1Y

America is a free nation thats also a melting pot of culture, and speaking another language can also remind people of who they are and where theyre from

 @9HYB9BW from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I am a bit confused but try my best to communicate with them. I understand I am confusing them as well.

 @9HYTSN5Peace and Freedom from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I don't really mind, I just ask about it if I'm genuinely interested, I'm not one to really push to be into others peoples business anyways.

 @9HXJV7Z from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I could care less about different languages around me. It brings diversity to the country.

 @9HYD7V6  from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Coming from an immigrant household I am always very intrigued by a language I do not understand and am eager to learn more about it.

 @9HZ97LD from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

When hearing languages I don't understand, I don't feel uncomfortable with them unless they are visually a person I should be cautious with. As a person who speaks Spanish publicly, I can tell that some people around me get uncomfortable with their body language. My parents and I went to Utah from San Diego, California and we were seen speaking Spanish and a white lady lashed out on us, telling us to not speak that language here and to go back to our country.

 @9HZWHNL from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I think it's cool to hear people talk in other languages, and it only inspires me to learn another language myself.

 @9K6QLQ8 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I would try to understand or learn a little of the language so that they don't feel uncomfortable.

 @9KFDX34 from Oklahoma  agreed…1yr1Y

As a immigrant and speak english as my second language, I tried to learn and understand english so I can better communicate with the people that surrounds me.

 @9JZ4WDS from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I feel like it is just a different langauge because they are from a different part of the world or have different haritage than me and that is fine

 @9K2YVRT from New Jersey  agreed…1yr1Y

I would agree, hearing another language doesn't change my day. Instead, it allows me to understand the different cultures around me.

 @9K5ZKVGLibertarian from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Differences between cultures and people within the same country make it more difficult to form unity in times of disaster.

 @9K6PLZ9Progressive from North Carolina  disagreed…1yr1Y

Times of disaster are so few and far between. The lack of unity may only derive from negligence to educate people on the beauties and practices of cultures other than our own.

 @9K3DJQZRepublican from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

People of the world should be freely able to speak their native language. However, if you are visiting a country, you should make the effort to understand and learn the language of the country you are visiting and not expect someone to assimilate to your needs.

 @9K48G5G from Maryland  agreed…1yr1Y

It's just common sense to try and learn the native language of a country you are visiting. And we shouldn't care if people are using their language here unless it's actively inconveniencing us

 @9J7GRCS from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I don't think anything, it's someone speaking another language. If they're not talking to me, it doesn't matter

 @9JB5YPYRepublican from Texas  agreed…1yr1Y

If a person wishes to become a citizen of the US they need to assimilate into the fabric of the US. Read English, speak English and understand and support the way this country was founded and the manner in which it is run.

 @9K4DZLR from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

i am always curious when i hear another language and i like to see if i can pick up on any of the conversation.

 @9K5GBLLRepublican from Kentucky  agreed…1yr1Y

You cant understand a person from a different state and that speaks a different languages if i don't speak it

 @9JX6BHH from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I find it interesting, I enjoy hearing and seeing the diverse cultures around me.

 @9K3ZMDMRepublican from Texas  agreed…1yr1Y

I'm a life long learner, so I like to learn phrases and also would like the same respect if I go travel somewhere foreign.

 @9HZW9FZ from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I feel like its annoying because in the US English is what your supposed to speak.

 @9HXMN6W from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I do not feel any kind of way because I don't care enough to know what everyone is saying.

 @9K32T99 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I don't feel any way to be honest. It is quite confusing though when you are unable to understand someone but, technology has provided an aid to this issue and has allowed the communication to be more efficient for everyone.

 @9K3HPHNWomen’s Equality from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I have heard of minority rights, I just don't know much about it. I guess it shouldn't be a thing, but I don't really care.

 @9K7DDX5 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I do not feel any sort of way, however, when I see someone who is well-versed in multiple languages it sometimes makes me envious to learn another language.

 @9K6S8VG from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I feel no particular way about it. I don't mind when people talk in their own launguages.

 @9K3ZCLQIndependent from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I like to hear languages I don't understand because my field of interest at the moment is learning about foreign languages and cultures.

I find it interesting and think that it is great they didn't change to Americans customs.

 @9K6PLDX from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I feel like its cool to hear other languages because we are all saying the same thing, but different sounds.

 @9K4QK4CIndependent from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I am curious to know what language they are speaking and I wish I could speak another language then english.

 @9K4HM3P from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

i feel bad because i cant understand what they are saying, i grew up having speech problems so i know how isolating it is to be around people that cant understand what your saying. so when i do meet someone who speaks a language i dont know, i feel bad because i can sympathize them.

 @9JZ2K69 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Uncomfortable; humans are social animals and taking communication away makes situations uncomfortable.

 @9JYLQKK from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I don't know if I feel anything, maybe curiosity as I would be wondering what they are saying.

 @9JXC578Republican from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I dont understand and I think I feel that way because I dont know the language

 @9K729CN from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I think Wow those guys are speaking really fast in a language I don't understand that's pretty cool

 @9K65KQ2 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I feel left out but some people don't understand English and they feel the same way

 @9K4VHB5 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

When I hear languages I don't understand I simply can't do much about it due to it not being a language I cannot speak,I shouldn't be upset when that happens

 @9K4VD3W from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

 @9K4HYTHIndependent from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I get confused because I don't know what or whom they could be talking about.

 @9K3QSVQ from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I am confused but don't mind it probably because its not any of my worries.

 @9JYMGSH from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I feel confused because I don't understand it, but I think everyone should be able to speak the language they feel more conformable speaking.

 @9JWBQRW from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I get scared they’re talking about me. Ramone said something about a pendeja.

 @9J7G2ND from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

 @9LMNRZL from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I feel intrigued because these are new languages and I am fascinated. I feel this way because I do not have a bias towards one culture or religion, I am curious about all of them.

 @9K3HC5Q from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Minority Rights should be a thing. White people are not the only parts of the human race anymore. There are so many people of color out there who rarely get any recognition for their ethnicity. It shouldn't make a person uncomfortable to hear other languages being spoken, that's just the beauty of diversity in the U.S.

 @9JZBWNQ from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

When I hear language I don't understand I always feel intrigued but it does cause me to think about whether or not they are a formal citizen or an immigrant. I would be lying if I said that having so many immigrants being brought to the U.S. does not bother me and agitate me.

 @9JX8KH7 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

sometimes I don't like it because I can't understand it and I want to be able to understand everyone in my country

 @9J8Z7C4 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I feel confused because I don ´ t understand what they're saying. They could be saying something wrong or mean about me to other people who speak their language.

 @9K4M9KPIndependent from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Hearing languages that I don't understand is not a problem. I am not better than them and they are just people like me.

 @9K3Q3F4 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

i feel neutral because its a persons native language and i have no right to tell them what language to speak.

 @9K3GQM5 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I don't feel anything. I may not understand the person but they are still a human so I don't care.

 @9JWB7LT from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I feel a little weird because I have no clue what is being said whether it's good or bad.

 @9HXP6Q3 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

It just I don't really understand it much in my own language. Like, I really want to translating that words to my language so I can understand it more. But it's very difficult to understand and wasted to translated sometime.

I don't feel any way because I am aware that I probably make other people feel the same thing.. when your first language is one that others do not understand, it is not your fault you cannot speak their language and they must understand that.

 @9J8ZFN2 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

I don't really think about it I think that i fell that because i'm not really interested in what other people are doing i just do what i'm doing right now
