They are still a person who deserves to be treated fairly. I don't think we should treat them as if they've done nothing wrong, but not be so overly disrespectful it makes the situation worse. Everyone has the right to a fair trial, citizen or not.

I don't think they should get any right because they tried to hurt other people that have the right for no reason. Like if someone was a active shooter and killed people I don't think they should have rights even if they are a citizen.

I think it is best for when captured they might be given a fair trial but we do not associate with terrorist. But if in there own country that does not have the rights then it depends on the people.

They should be put through a fair trial until proven not guilty, then they may receive constitutional rights.

The constitution does give rights to anyone. It recognizes existing rights and limits the government

It is also a human right to have a trial before being proven guilty. They should be tried before any punishment takes place.

No, as they are not a US citizen, but they should still be provided with basic human rights,

Yes, they should be given rights until there proven guilty, until then they can be spied on like everyone else.
