In 2002, the George W. Bush administration issued the Torture Memos which argued for a narrow definition of torture under U.S. law. They included granting the CIA authority to use “enhanced interrogation techniques” on enemy combatants. The techniques included waterboarding subjection to extreme cold and confinement in small boxes.

They are still a person who deserves to be treated fairly. I don't think we should treat them as if they've done nothing wrong, but not be so overly disrespectful it makes the situation worse. Everyone has the right to a fair trial, citizen or not.
@9FMKWY22yrs2Y
I don't think they should get any right because they tried to hurt other people that have the right for no reason. Like if someone was a active shooter and killed people I don't think they should have rights even if they are a citizen.

Only if they've made up for it
Yes, if the suspects are not guilty. Torture for no reason is crazy.
@96FDW423yrs3Y
depending on their personal record they should be given rights
@96DZTVJ3yrs3Y
I think it is best for when captured they might be given a fair trial but we do not associate with terrorist. But if in there own country that does not have the rights then it depends on the people.
@96DGMLZ3yrs3Y

@8MTQHD35yrs5Y
It is also a human right to have a trial before being proven guilty. They should be tried before any punishment takes place.
