They should be given a fair trial but not immediate rights due to their terrorism convictions.

If for sure guilty, no. If not proven guilty, yes, as if someone is innocent, they are innocent until proven guilty. I also think it depends on the seriousness of the crime.

If they are being held in America, going through American court systems, I believe they should be given constitutional rights.

Whilst most suspects should be treated properly those who are known terrorists even if not proven in court should have certain privileges revoked but definitely still avoid things like torture.
