I think there should only be 2 genders and i believe there are only 2 genders and what you where born with is what you are no need to change it.
@9GBHWKV2yrs2Y
Yes I believe with this comment. If you are in a medical emergency, and you say you are a woman when you are a man, the doctors could end up doing something completely wrong.
@VulcanMan6 2yrs2Y
Literally no doctor is going to genuinely ask "are you a man or a woman" and then start blindly operating. Bodies are different even within people of the same sex, and it's literally the doctor's job to assess you as an individual.
There are in fact more than 2 biological genders Intersex people exist.
@9GBBGWZ2yrs2Y
I think that there are only 2 genders, especially because even if you do transition you aren't the same as a genetically born person of that gender. I also oppose the gender transition process especially for people under the age of 18 as it is an irreversible process that children aren't ready to handel.
@9GBJQC42yrs2Y
I think there are 4 genders but I do agree children do not need to change gender, not even with parental permission
@9Z8G6GNRepublican 8mos8MO
No child, teen or adolescent should be engaged in any kind of mutilation, hormone changes or "transition" process related
@B3MH69J 4mos4MO
In the end, gender reassignment surgery is mutilation of your body, and it should be a decision done by the person itself. However, they must have the mental comprehension to make a life changing decision like this. AKA, children shouldn't be allowed to undergo gender reassignment because they don't have the mental development and comprehension to make this decision logically, and parents can't make the decision for them because it should be a personal decision that an adult makes.
@9ZZS7YKRepublican7mos7MO
The parents could be forcing a transition onto their kids but even worse, if the kid wants to do it they are too young to make a decision like that. Also gender transitions are a result of mental illness and should be entirely illegalized.
@9LZ483LRepublican1yr1Y
its really stupid and it should be a crime to ruin a kids life permently just cause a kid was going through a phase where they wanna be different. your a man or a woman.
@9LSQXC7Republican1yr1Y
No I think they shouldn’t be able to do any gender transitioning until they are adults people change all the time and there thoughts change.
@9LSLT34Republican1yr1Y
No child under the age of 18 truly knows what they want that early in life. Getting a gender transition surgery that young, while your mind is still underdeveloped, can lead to regret later in life.
@9D66V72Republican 10mos10MO
No, I do not support Gender transition. Kids change their minds and should be allowed to. No permanent surgery or puberty blockers should be allowed. Children are not cognitively mature to make those decisions. Parents have right to protect their children from life changing decisions.
@9HK4T7X 1yr1Y
Parental rights are very important and parents know their children better than anyone else. However, it is the parents job to protect their children from harm and to maintain the truth. Transgenderism defies truth, the surgeries are irreversible, and can create bad long term affects. Child abuse will never be ok.
@9FL7Z8QRepublican2yrs2Y
You were born either a man or a woman. It's not that hard to look in your pants and figure it out. changing your natural hormones is not good for your body either.
@9H27MMW2yrs2Y
A young person who is thinking about changing their gender should have to wait until they are an adult.
@9GDRYKVRepublican2yrs2Y
Parents are not always looking out for the best interest of their children and will do anything to satisfy them even if it harms them further
@9GKPFYJRepublican2yrs2Y
Just because the parent says their child can go through with a life-changing treatment doesn't change the fact that the child still can't and shouldn't be making these decisions for themselves
