We can't give out free money to people who aren't working towards making money themselves. In addition, people on social security and disability would not receive. They are not putting into the system so they should not be taking out more than they already are. I think it would also slow they rate at which people get on social security. They wouldn't use it until they need it. It could be used a reward system for people who are putting in the effort.
