Yes, except for people who are willing to do an extensive background test, training, and are buying the gun exclusively for collection or as a business (e.g. shooting range)

No, It is a violation of the 2nd amendment, it should be voluntary with strong financial incentives, we should demilitarize local police departments, and we need to increase mental health and background checks.

No, it should only be a voluntary buyback with strong financial incentives and ban on purchasing assault weapons

 @9BXSK4J from Arizona  answered…2yrs2Y

No, only AR-15s and AK-47s, and increase mental health and background checks

Assault weapons have no consistent definition.

A pen can be considered an assault weapon.

An assault rifle can be defined as, "A select-fire, magazine-fed, shoulder-fired rifle firing an intermediate rifle cartridge."

Comprehensive gun control helps prevent shootings, domestic assaults, and suicides. That being said, gun ownership is still a right and a mandatory buyback of firearms is unconstitutional. Addressing mental health and economic inequalities tend to be more effective ways of preventing tragedy as opposed to buyback programs.

No, the buyback program should be voluntary with strong financial incentives and other measures should be taken to decrease gun violence, like mandatory waiting periods and background checks for violent history

Yes, and we should also demilitarize local police departments

Local police departments need to be demilitarized to deescalate the situation and decrease further violence.

Shall not be infringed.

Americans have a right to self defense using any and all means necessary.

Whether against a thug, a mob, or a tyrannical gov't.
