Yes, but we should not persecute people based on preconceived stereotypes such as their race & religion just because a crime was committed by someone of that race & religion

I support the act if it isn't bringing harm to any person. All options should be looked at before deporting someone. They came to America for a better life.

Yes, and allow further evaluation of the situation without prejudice or discrimination. Privacy should still be of essence, however if there is probable cause that individuals or groups will cause any snippet of crimes against humanity, that’s when action should be taken place.
