No, Medicaid is mainly provided for the elderly and disabled, who have trouble working, let alone have trouble doing things independently.

Yes, as long as they are able physically and mentally and are given some training and support. Many situations need to be considered. No requirement for senior citizens.

Yes unless you are physically unable to work due to old age, physical deformation/ability, or birth defects such as autism where the brain doesn't mature after a certain low age like 11 for example.

If people are able to work they should. If they cannot work at all they should be considered for coverage.

people shouldn't be forced to work in order to get health help. But one should be offered because they deserve a chance if they do want it.
