Yes and No. The reason why is because there is a lot of problems going on with France and their cleaning the earth and transportation methods.

I believe the ties of nations simply "being apart" and signing the agreement puts on a environmentally conscious act but I do not believe this agreement actually has ties to substantial change in climate change.

In the terms of this globally emissions should be lowered but if US is being unfairly treated compare to other countries then a change on Paris Climate agreement is neccessary
