Yes cause we are in debt by a lot and cant spare money for other countries when we need help ourselves.

Yes, until other countries are held to the same standard and there is a way for the general public to be able to weigh in(maybe through votes) to ensure the people support the goals. We can’t run before we can crawl and today there are not enough resources available and technological advances have not been made yet to support 100% transition to electric cars right now for example. We should be pushing awareness with cited sources and hybrid cars because they are more affordable and reliable until electric cars are capable and affordable.

It seems this Paris Climate Accord isn't really effective since China and India are restricted less, and President Trump is only focusing on the restrictions, not reducing carbon emissions. We need to solve and take climate change seriously.
