No, if they want to leave let them if not make them become a legal citizen and they can go through due process

I think they should just be sent to jail, not deported. There is a reason why they came over to the United States.

No, if ICE has reason to suspect someone has broken immigration law, agents must obtain a warrant from a judge to investigate just like any other law enforcement agency must.

Yes, their first crime was coming to the country illegally and disregarding our loss. That doesn’t mean I don’t feel bad. We definitely need to reformer immigration law but right now it is what it is. If they commit a crime on top of that they should be sent back.

The state should be allowed to prosecute and deport at their will or turn them over to the federal level

They should be given an option or path to legally become a citizen, if not actively in the process already or don't have other proof (work) of a right to be in the country.

If they are to pay taxes no, however if they don’t I feel the leniency would be wearing thin

No, it is not the responsibility of local law enforcement to detain illegal immigrants

 @8L6FPPB from Pennsylvania  answered…5yrs5Y

There should be no federal immigration authorities those powers should be delegated to states.

They should be prosecuted for the crime they did commit equally as an American.
