Yes, with exceptions for those not attending public schools, but only for vaccines that have been thoroughly vetted.

 @B2LZ3WHRepublican from California  answered…4mos4MO

There are vaccines that should be required, however infants and children are now required to have FAR too many vaccines. An infant should NOT be given a Hep B vaccine. Vaccines for sexually or IV drug use should not be required and parents and individuals receiving should be educated about vaccines so that an educated choice can be made.

 @9ZV8ZHN  from California  answered…6mos6MO

Yes, but create exceptions to those whose medical history interferes with the contents of the vaccine.

 @9VG54M6Republican from California  answered…8mos8MO

DTaP, Hib, hepatitis B, pneumococcal conjugate, and polio vaccines should be required, as they have been. The Covid-19 vaccine however should not be required.

 @9T45BKB from California  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but not just for people who can't get vaccinated because of religious reasons but also for kids deathly allergic to vaccinations.

 @9S4X7Z4 from California  answered…10mos10MO

Yes, I do believe that if a child is to go to school and interact with other humans then it should be required to be vaccinated but if the child is the safety of their home then no.

 @9LJQ23S from California  answered…1yr1Y

No, the government should not have a part in requiring medical information and infringes on our rights.

 @9H7XSWB from California  answered…2yrs2Y

I believe that vaccines should be given for dangerous diseases, but there should be ways to prevent it without injecting yourself & that religion should play a part meaning that you should not have to be forced to get a vaccine due to your religion.

 @9G59CKRRepublican from California  answered…2yrs2Y

I believe it should be up to the parent of the child i don't think the government should have to tell us to take a vaccine that not even they know the full effects of

Yes, if only the vaccination is proven to be 100% good and does help you, then I do agree for children to get vaccinated.

 @947FYBC from California  answered…3yrs3Y

No, students and parents should have the right to choose if they would like to get vaccinated

 @92LMNKS from California  answered…3yrs3Y

shouldn't be mandatory but highly recommended and parents should be aware of potential side effects and of whats in the vaccine.

 @92F5CJG from California  answered…3yrs3Y

I believe everybody has a choice but if it is a deadly choice, then they should be required

 @928N7Z7American from California  answered…3yrs3Y

No, The government should not be allowed to force any vaccine on any children unless parents deem so.

 @928MC3TWomen’s Equality from California  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8Z4XXW2 from California  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only if said vaccines are proven to be effective and safe with very minor side effects at most, and plenty of research and experience to back it up.

 @8Z3YWSK from California  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8Z3XSVK from California  answered…3yrs3Y

It should just be a choice if you want to have something in your body or not unless it is very deadly.

 @8YRW5HC from California  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8YRNPBZ from California  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only if the diseases are deadly but if their religion forbids them then they shouldn't be forced but instead encouraged

 @8YC85MH from California  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8XXSC5HPeace and Freedom from California  answered…3yrs3Y

i dont believe in forcing everyone to do somethibg based off your personal stance, but some should be mandated in order to prevent deadly spread to other people

 @8XWHYGXRepublican from California  answered…3yrs3Y

It should be your own choice but you are responsible for anything that happens after.

 @8XPMTPN from California  answered…4yrs4Y

It is the children's and the parents choice because the parents can decide what is best for their child/children.

 @8XP8QBY from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8XP2SDG from California  answered…4yrs4Y

It depends on what the parents think because children parents should have a say in what their child/children do in life.

 @8XG5B67 from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but only for deadly contagious diseases and the vaccine must completely prevent the disease with no short or long-term effects

 @8XFW7WW from California  answered…4yrs4Y

No, only for vaccines where it is 100% guaranteed that the vaccine can prevent the illness, and we know the long term effects for.

 @8XFW7WW from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Only for vaccines where it is 100% guaranteed that the vaccine can prevent the illness, and we know the long term effects for.

 @8X94FHJ from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes for school, except covid 19, that has not been tested enough to mandate

 @8X7CWVK from California  answered…4yrs4Y

If the FDA approves these vaccines and they go through the proper channels then yes. A vaccine is only effective if everyone in the population takes them.

 @8X38897 from California  answered…4yrs4Y

This should be the parents decision. Government and doctors, scientist have known to be wrong in the past regarding this matter and people can die from bad decisions.

 @8WWCB5C from California  answered…4yrs4Y

only Vaccines that have been FDA approved ( Not emergency approved ) but actually approved.

 @8WLK5VD from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, especially for deadly diseases. Have it required to attend school or for large social gathering. Include exception for those whose religious beliefs forbid vaccines or negative testing of any deadly diseases. With public ads educating on risk and benefits.

 @8VPRYRB from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8V7XDZG from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Only if the parent feels comfortable letting their child get a vaccine.

 @8RMZBR2 from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8R3TNC3Republican from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, it should be required but they shouldn't force people to take vaccines.

 @8QWS8B9 from California  answered…4yrs4Y

no, those who are or run the risk of being vax injured should have the right to be exempt.

 @8QRNCJ6 from California  answered…4yrs4Y

No, but require vaccinations in order to attend public school while funding ad campaigns about the risks and benefits

 @8PS7P26 from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Let someone vaccinate their kids depending on what they want but make them have to notify the schools that their child isn’t vaccinated for certain diseases

 @8PRRG3Q from California  answered…4yrs4Y

The government should not require U.S. Citizens to vaccinate their kids, However I think that children coming into the country should be required to vaccinate.

 @8PNRLXP from California  answered…5yrs5Y

No, no person should be required to take any medication if they choose not to

 @8NW8KSY from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but only for deadly contagious diseases, with exceptions for those whose religious beliefs forbid the use of vaccines and for children who have medical conditions that cannot handle the vaccine.

 @8NLT5SG from California  answered…5yrs5Y

really, yes and no. if kids want to be vaccinated, then yes. don't force children too. just their recommended shots and if need be, a vaccination

 @8NLKWF2 from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but with exceptions for those who have allergies to them or religious beliefs against them

 @8LGNQ8Q from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but only the children who are able to get the vaccine without being harmed by it.

 @8L8XQVM from California  answered…5yrs5Y

The government should only require it if the child is under 18, and going to public school. A private or home schooled child doesn't need to be vaccinated.

 @8KQD3M9 from California  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8JT5XVNLibertarian from California  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8JQNQSL from California  answered…5yrs5Y

People should not be required for the vaccine but they take that at the expense of their own childs life, it is the parents decision and it should not be forced.

 @8JMJM38 from California  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8F4T7B4 from California  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8DZTS4Q from California  answered…5yrs5Y

The government can not force anyone to be vaccinated since it violates the people's rights despite the fact that I myself support vaccines for children and adults.

 @99PQQFH from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but only for deadly contagious diseases and w/ the exceptions for people w/ religious beliefs that don't allow vaccines but only for the vaccines that are extremely contagious.

 @99HBKPW from California  answered…2yrs2Y

The government should help influence the parents decision if their kids should be vaccinated.

 @99DBD5YRepublican from California  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9982BK4 from California  answered…2yrs2Y

I think that it is fine for all vaccines. However, I do not think the COVID-19 vaccine should be forced onto kids.

 @98VHZWK from California  answered…2yrs2Y

No, it is the parent's responsibility to take care of their child, any child infected from an infection that's preventable through their child is also unvaccinated thanks to the choices of the parents, and cps should be able to intervene if no action is taken against the disease.

 @97KVJCYWomen’s Equality from California  answered…3yrs3Y

 @97BD5B9 from California  answered…3yrs3Y

 @969XPCX from California  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8YRWNXL from California  answered…3yrs3Y

No, but they should be highly encouraged and REQUIRED if it is a deadly contagious disease.

 @8X574JD from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, only for diseases that have been around for a long time (measles).
