Require for public school and hold parents responsible for not vaccinating children and having disease spread to other children.

 @B574JXY from California  answered…3wks3W

no but parents are held criminally liable for transferring deadly diseases to other children but there should be exceptions for religious beliefs

 @B4KJP2V from California  answered…1mo1MO

I don't think it should be a requirement, I just think there needs to be more understanding and offering of resources to parents so they are actually aware of the implications behind their decisions.

 @B2J4SYS  from California  answered…4mos4MO

Yes, every unvaccinated person increases the odds of spreading a deadly disease to those with autoimmune disorder, who physically cannot take vaccines safely

 @9Y5GPML from California  answered…7mos7MO

Yes, but only for medically viable children who attend public schools. Children who do not attend public schools due to not being vaccinated for non-medical reasons shall not be eligible for school vouchers.

 @9VWHW82 from California  answered…7mos7MO

There is too much crazy stuff in things so it has to be a hundred percent normal with just the vaccine only like main ones defiantly not the Covid vaccine

 @9LVW4XV from California  answered…1yr1Y

No, but it should be required in order to attend public school, and parents should be held criminally liable if their child or another child contracts a deadly disease as a result of their poor treatment.

 @9LRKQWB from California  answered…1yr1Y

If they aren't allergic or there reason is like an ABSOLUTE fear of needles that they can't take the vaccine. They shouldn't be forced to, otherwise yes.

 @9LNZSMCLibertarian  from California  answered…1yr1Y

Only when the vaccines have been adequately tested over at least one decade. This is to stall foisting off an untested and potentially dangerous vaccine has happened during Covid.

 @9GV9HG4 from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes. Children are exceptionally important for the future, and if the death rate increased for children, that means a lower population.

 @9D84D5BRepublican from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, except for medical necessities such as allergic reaction to the vaccine.

 @9D6QFNR from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes but only or diseases with a very high death rate that are highly contagious.

 @9GH54WG from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but this should be decided by the states on which ones will be mandatory or not because each state has higher or lower chances for different diseases

It should not be the government's job to tell you what to do with your body. If it's "my body, my choice" then this should apply to everything regarding that. If anything, this should be a state decision, not a federal decision.

 @8ZJVC7TProgressive from California  answered…3yrs3Y

The government should require certain vaccines at a certain age, but for them to be required, I don't think so.

 @8Z5P2NRIndependent from California  answered…3yrs3Y

Only, if they are proven to help prevent that disease. Informed consent without coercion, duress applied. These vaccines need long term studies, 3 yr minimum to show they are safe and effective. Lastly, vaccines need to be FDA fully approved to be implemented.

 @8YTHMYV from California  answered…3yrs3Y

There should not be mandates from the government but should be strongly promoted. Private businesses should mandate

 @8YHP26FWomen’s Equality from California  answered…3yrs3Y

NO, we shouldn't have to or be required to take anything if we don't want to. We should have a choice about what we put into our bodies. Some people believe that stuff and others don't.

 @8YHNJBH from California  answered…3yrs3Y

This relates to the current vaccine situation. I am fully vaccinated but I understand why individuals fear to get the vaccine due to how rapid it was opened to the public.

 @8YFX556 from California  answered…3yrs3Y

That's a very hard thing to do without getting someone sick, vaccines aren't easy to make kid-safe.

 @8Y4G5K5 from California  answered…3yrs3Y

Once the disease has been eradicated, the vaccine should no longer be necessary.

 @8XK7QDS from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8XHVN5K from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8XHV5L4 from California  answered…4yrs4Y

No, only because forcing people to take something will only cause the government to take over more and more of your liberty.

 @8X9GKXS from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8X9F9VDWomen’s Equality from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8X9DHBB from California  answered…4yrs4Y

I think you should have the right to choose not having it be a requierment.

 @8WNXYDK from California  answered…4yrs4Y

As long as the vaccines have been out for a substantial amount of time and their is time tested research backing them up. Regardless, states should decide.

 @8WFFYJH from California  answered…4yrs4Y

I used to believe so, but COVID has shown me the whole contagious disease issue has been politicized and discredited.

 @8TWZDQS from California  answered…4yrs4Y

It depends because people have the right to choose. If something is extremely deadly, than is a parent not getting their kid vaccinated accountable?

 @8TWK9KD from California  answered…4yrs4Y

I don´t believe any drug should be ¨mandatory¨ to consume or have in your body

 @8TWC23T from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes if we hit a very critical point of extinction of the human race. Otherwise their choice because their body.

 @8TSSPZC from California  answered…4yrs4Y

I think it should be the parents choice on weather they want their child vaccinated.

 @8RT4C3Z from California  answered…4yrs4Y

No the only thing the government should require is that its citizens do their due diligence when assessing their own risk.

 @8QLM5KHPeace and Freedom from California  answered…4yrs4Y

The parents/family should be making that choice, nothing should be forced unless the disease is truly deadly like the black plague level etc

 @8QJVJSX from California  answered…4yrs4Y

No, but hold parents criminally liable if their children pass away from said illness.

 @8Q89CFH from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8PHTZMN from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8NP4CYZ from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, with exceptions for those with medical conditions preventing vaccination

 @8NB4W9R from California  answered…5yrs5Y

No, some children can react horribly to some vaccines. It’s rare but came happen.

 @8N8ZZZ6 from California  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8LSXDMS from California  answered…5yrs5Y

No, because the kids are being vaccinated for diseases that were back in the 1800s and there is like a 0.0001 percent chance people will get it

 @8KQVCDB from California  answered…5yrs5Y

No, and vaccine manufacturers should be required to disclose 100% of their contests.

 @8KNJ5W6 from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but there should be significant compensation for families who are negatively affected directly from a vaccination.

 @8K3BGNFLibertarian from California  answered…5yrs5Y

No, but allow all schools(public and private) to refuse students who are not vaccinated. And hold parents criminally liable if their child spreads a deadly disease to another child.

 @8JKSV9PIndependent from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, we should have vaccination but I vote for making the schedule less strict and not requiring it for normal childhood diseases Ex: Chicken Pox.

 @8JHNP7C from California  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8JH6C45 from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, however, it should be for deadly diseases and to prevent sickness and should be 100% known to not cause any disease especially for kids with disabilities and weak immune systems

 @8J6Z796 from California  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8HRZD2TDemocrat from California  answered…5yrs5Y

While all people should vaccinate, I do not think getting the government involved would be a good solution, as it does go against people's rights, in a sense. However, to attend public school certain vaccinations should be required.

 @8HLK67MIndependent from California  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8HGXNMRDemocrat from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, unless the child is allergic or has bad reactions to the vaccines or its ingredients

 @8FJHYYN from California  answered…5yrs5Y

I am for getting vaccinated, but I don't think you should force people to do it.

 @8D8WNM5 from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes but with exceptions for those with medical reasons to not take the vaccine

 @8CG4XKJ from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Families should be able to chose rather they want their children vaccinated, most vaccines have reportedly killed thousands of children

 @8CBT9FSDemocrat from California  answered…5yrs5Y

It should be available for children at any time and only given to children that are ok with it and their parents as well

 @9YMTB2D from California  answered…7mos7MO

No, fund public ad campaigns about the risks and benefits instead

No

Where there is risk, there should be choice.

 @9CD5Q8T from California  answered…2yrs2Y

No, only for diseases that are deadly or that can affect the growth of the persons well being

 @9B92LBC from California  answered…2yrs2Y

 @99XDV2WGreen from California  answered…2yrs2Y

It should be encouraged, but forcing others to get vaccination goes against people's rights. If they do not have a medical condition that prevents vaccination, then yes they should. However I disagree with it being a requirement.

No, but require vaccination in order to attend public school, and offer tax deductions/school vouchers for those who are prevented from attending public school due to noncompliance with vaccine policy.

 @983KQ4T from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Only if the vaccines have gone through rigorous clinical trials with minimal to none side effects

 @97MS7Q7Constitution from California  answered…3yrs3Y

The government should not require this, but I believe that people would be smart enough to do so themselves, and if they decide not to, them it is fine.

 @9747WRX from California  answered…3yrs3Y

I feel that the parent of the child (at least for me) until that child is 18 should make the choice

 @972XG8D from California  answered…3yrs3Y

there should be a certain amount of parental choice when it comes to vaccinating your childeren

 @8V7666N from California  answered…4yrs4Y

No, nobody should be required to vaccinate. It should be preferred though.

 @8Q8TRZG from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8H84FZZWomen’s Equality from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but vaccine exemptions should be allowed for children with food allergies and are allergic to the vaccine, like myself.

 @8GRG459 from California  answered…5yrs5Y

depends if the vaccine is going to do as it says it is to protect and prevent diseases.

 @8G5L9LCRepublican from California  answered…5yrs5Y

No but hold parents liable for other children that get infected and require for public school

 @8YHZVDW from California  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8YMVVRX from California  answered…3yrs3Y

No, people should be able to make their own choice but most vaccines should be encouraged

 @8R3TLZ9 from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8R3TVPT from California  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8CBVW4YAmerican from California  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, except for when vaccines could put the newborn in danger or at risk as well as everyone else.
