I think that confirmed terrorists should be subject to enhanced interrogation tactics but just being suspected isn't justifiable. Unless there is firm evidence, suspected terrorists shouldn't be subjected to enhanced interrogation tactics.

if the united states is in danger from multiple terrorist attacks, then the military as the US protectors, they should be allowed to do what is right for the whole united state.

As someone who wants to join the military after high school, I say no, we are Americans. We are to be better then the rest of the world, to be better than any of our enemies we must learn to love them. We must remember the ethics we founded this country on.
