Yes, but photo ID should cost no more than $5 to the voter and an alternative way to vote should be provided that uses other verification methods.

ABSOLUTLY! having a voter ID will prevent election fraud. Getting to vote is a privileging and our right as an American Citizen.

No. But registration should have to be done in person and that's when photo ID and proof of citizenship should be required.
