No, only current government flags (state, national, county, city...etc) should be flown on government property.

Yes, because although it's a symbol of racism, separatism and treason (and I have no respect for those that do it), it would be a violation of the freedom of speech if it was banned.

No, as this is illegal under the law as it stands in July 2023 (except in cases of historical artifact or of equally being shown near a multitude of other flags with diverse and opposing meanings - this is current precedent)
