“Oh boy...1st, yes, a criminal background check AND intense psychological testing most definitely need to be done...AND...other factors need to be done as well. I believe at least 3 months of counseling, education and an open talk forum should be made. Today's methods apparently aren't working; if it doesn't work, FIX IT. Different training/consequences must be put in place for our badged civilians as well (like the police, etc.) This country has gone to Hell. Know why?? It really doesn't have too much to do with the Republicans; GOD has been removed. "Nuf said".”
