“Straw purchases (gun show dealers, antique dealers, pawn shops) should be mandated to run Criminal Histories on EVERY buyer and be set up to do so, or not be able to make those sales. Too many felons are able to walk away from gun shows with all types of guns. Assault type, or those easily modified to be fully automatic should be restricted for purchase as well to reputable store-front sales and not to fast and loose sales.”
