“Not really sure what the answer is here. All the programs in the pass few decades have been dismal failures, but. certainly schools should be accountable for standards. But student success is so often tied to home life as well. One thing I feel strongly about is teacher merit pay, govt. will have to FIGHT the teachers UNION to succeed with this known method to raising success.”
