“No. Unfortunately it's not that easy. Schools need to be assessed in context. If a school is failing, why is it failing? One size does not fit all. Maybe the school language is Spanish but 80% of the students in it speak English. Fail.
We need to encourage students to think and problem solve - not to study how to take a test just to take a test and pass it in order to get money. That is creating a false positive and does no one any good - especially our children and by extension our country.”
