“Obama needs to do a LOT more to lower unemployment. The Prez should call upon the Federal Reserve to lend money to states/cities for infrastructure programs to hire the jobless, such as planting trees (FDR planted 1/4 of a BILLION TREES during the Great Depression), painting roofs white, installing solar panels, burying powerlines. The Fed needs to do this as the House will block any economic development plan.”
