Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property?
I think programs should be made to provide for homeless people but I don't think it would be ok for them to stay anywhere

Should victims of gun violence be allowed to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers?
Yes, as long as the losing party pays all legal fees, it’s our constitutional right to sue anyone for any reason
yes you can use anyone but there might not be enough evidence to tie weapon manufacturers to people committing illegal act with these weapons.
