Should immigrants from high risk countries be banned from entering the country until the government improves its ability to screen out potential terrorists?
Take them in, do the background check as they come and the begining of them being here and if screening comes back bad send them home

Yes and no. Ban vaping because that causes more worse issues but junk food has a limit on the amount you can have

Should medical boards penalize doctors who give health advice that contradicts contemporary scientific consensus?
No, only when the advice was proven to harm the patient, however they should be told this in advance that it does not match current scientific consensus.
