Diversity has no place in education. Schools should be exclusive to those who wish to pursue knowledge out of their own pocket. Not everybody can or should enroll.

Yes but only if the person has done something to deserve it so if they had done something that offended a diverse student they should have to go through training on it.

mandatory diversity training should be banned as it promote racism. Children are not racist until they are taught to be by adults.

At the end of the day it's telling us how to act. If people want to discriminate, they'll learn quickly that that behavior isn't tolerable anymore.
