Well, if the bad guys have these weapons then no because the good guys need them too, but I do think they should have some regulation around them.

No, all weapons of all types should be legalized for lawful gun owners. Anything other than that is treasonous and unconstitutional.

Regulate automatic weapons and background checks and manditory training, but do not take away the right to bear arms as a means of protection.
