“If a worker does not want to join the union and does not want to pay a membership fee, then they should forfeit any benefits given to union employees and receive any benefits given to non-union employees, regardless if the union benefits are better than the non-union benefits. Additionally, a worker should not be forced to join a union if they do not wish participate in said union.”
