Yes. There are millions of gallons of oil off Cuba. If we were able to drill offshore of Cuba and refine and sell our own fuel here, we would no longer have to rely on the Middle East.

Yes, but increase regulations to prevent oil spills and increase punishments on corporations after oil spills. what happened after the british petroleum (B.P.) Lousiana oil spill was horrible. B.P. bought up all the local oil spill recovery companies so they could profit off of the oil spill!
