Pro-choice, during third trimester, abortion should be restricted to only rape, incest, and health of fetus or mother, and after 30 weeks, only in cases of health of fetus or mother. Would like to see less abortions in this country.

 @9GBL3JM from New York  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-Choice before 3 months and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

 @9XFJK6C from New York  answered…11mos11MO

Pro life, but it depends on the situation. For example, If a woman is sexually assaulted and ends up pregnant, the choice is completely up to her.

 @9DP4KWX from New York  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-choice, but pro-life has a better argument and I would not be upset if abortion were banned.

 @9D6D6BF from New York  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-choice up to 18 weeks, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

Should be able to up until a certain point in the pregnancy. Victims of rape or incest should not have to have the baby but it needs to be terminated before the 3rd trimester

 @9ZFVNXR  from New York  answered…4 days4D

Pro choice but ban after the first 5 months while still provide sex ed and social services to limit abortions

 @b198h8cv  from New York  answered…5 days5D

I honestly couldn't decide on either one, but I think it comes down to a case-by-case basis, like how old is the lady, was it consensual, will the pregnancy endanger the mother's life? Will the child have a good future? How long into the pregnancy, is she mature enough both physically and mentally, how good is her health. There's so many factors to consider when it comes to abortion.

 @B72ZH9QWomen’s Equality from New York  answered…5 days5D

pro-choice and I do think birth control, sex education should be easy to access but I do think that if a women is getting constantly abortions it isn't good.

 @B72YYR7 from New York  answered…6 days6D

If someone is of age, financially able, and consented to sex, they shouldn’t be able to get an abortion. If someone is underage, not financially able, or was raped, they should be able to get an abortion at their choice.

 @B72QNJ4Democrat from New York  answered…6 days6D

Pro choice, but it would be better if it were limited to certain situations and I don't completely agree and I would very likely never do it, but it is still really important to have

 @B72Q9JN from New York  answered…6 days6D

I think that it would be more harmful to ban abortions because people would seek them out in illegal ways, and be subjected to dangerous methods. Also, I believe the life of the unborn hold less importance than the life of those already born, if you had to choose between the two.

 @B72MRT2 from New York  answered…6 days6D

I think it's the mother's choice as much as it is the father's because they're both the parents of the child but the woman suffers more to bring the child into the world. I think you should not be having unprotected sex if you don't want a child especially with someone you don't want a child with(common sense). If you choose to do so anyways at least don't act shocked, acknowledge there's a possibility you might have a kid whether or not you're wear protection because things happen. The only circumstances I think you should not have the kid in is…  Read more

pro- life but you should be able to abort if the baby is conceived by rape or incest and I also believe you can abort if you get an unexpected pregnancy as and young teen and you physically wouldn't be able to take care of the child.

 @B72DG6P from New York  answered…6 days6D

Pro-Choice because even if i religiously would never get an abortion, people deserve to have a choice for a variety of reasons.

 @B6ZXSV2 from New York  answered…7 days7D

Pro life, but I believe more resources should be allocated to help victims of rape and incest give up the child safely to adoption

 @B6YHX7FNo Labels from New York  answered…1wk1W

women should have the freedom to whatever they want with their body, however, you must also comprehend the consequences of your own actions. IF you were having unprotected intercourse, it is your fault that the baby is in your belly and you should be responsible for your actions. In other cases, if the women was sexually abused, I think that person should have the option to abort.

 @B6YFVKW from New York  answered…1wk1W

my stance is that it depends on what the situation is with the mother about can she live with a boy and if they can afford.

 @B6YCZYK from New York  answered…1wk1W

Depends, if the parents intended to have them, but then changed their mind, they should have do that, but if the parent was raped, then it's up to the victim if she wants to abort it, then she should, she should in fact do it, since she didn't plan on having a child, and if she did, then it should be with the person who she wanted it with instead of the rapist taking that choice away from her.

 @B6XSTD5 from New York  answered…1wk1W

I believe that abortion Is to a degree wrong for example if its consensual sex than absolutely not but if was rape then its a yes using abortion to get rid of a problem you caused shouldn't be allowed you choose to have sex and knew the risk of it and went through with it anyways.

 @B6XP8N2 from New York  answered…1wk1W

I am pro-life but should be used in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child. Additionally, I think we should increase sexual education and birth control.

 @B6WZB75 from New York  answered…1wk1W

I think it should be banned after a certain point but pregnancy tests should be more advertised and encouraged to provide awareness

 @B6WWJJT from New York  answered…1wk1W

I am pro-life, but abortion should be the decision of the parents. There should be a point where abortion is no longer an option though.

 @B6WVC23 from New York  answered…1wk1W

ww should have abortion because it the people choice and not the goverment its there body they get to do what ever with it

 @B6WRDZL from New York  answered…1wk1W

It is important to believe what you believe if you are for or against it but it is wrong to ban it as a whole the morals of a human being is what should be put through this topic not the law everyone is different everyone can see both sides to dont favor one

 @B657X2P from New York  answered…2mos2MO

Pro life but when it comes to rape, incest abused or three months after child is cocieved abortion pills or surgeries should not be given to the mother

 @B65795M from New York  answered…2mos2MO

it really depends on the situation. mainly pro life but in some cases I feel like its right to have an abortion.

 @B656465Democrat from New York  answered…2mos2MO

Pro-Choice, we also should provide birth control, sex education, and more social services to reducs the number of abortions. Additionally ensure paternal consent with exceptions such as abuse, incest, or rape, as well as urgent decisions that doesn't factor in a lot of time. Additionally the ceiling should be 24 weeks as specified in Roe v. Wade

 @B63LZD3 from New York  answered…2mos2MO

Safe, Legal, and Rare. I'm personally against it, and don't really agree with abortion as a form of birth control, I support it in cases of rape, incest, and health and life of the mother, however it's not my right to tell people what to do. I support sex education and access to birth control to prevent unplanned pregnancies which reduces abortions.

 @B639DBK from New York  answered…2mos2MO

If I had a girlfriend and got her pregnant randomly. I’d simply tell her (from the moment I found out/ day she told me that she is pregnant), “whatever choice you make I won’t yell at your or bash you or any of that. If you choose to keep it, I’ll stick around as much as I can and be the best father I can be. But if you chose to abort it, I won’t scream or try to ruin your life, however, just know that I will leave if you abort it. Fade away from your life”

 @B5ZXWG5No Labels from New York  answered…2mos2MO

Pro choice, But there should be a cut off if the women keep getting pregnant and aborting the child.

 @B5YD29X from New York  answered…3mos3MO

I don’t care on this one respectfully meaning it’s their choice but also not meaning it’s not difficult humans have A way of making certain situations complexed this one can be anything to anyone they keep it cool don’t keep it cool its not good or bad it’s just there

 @B5XBX83No Labels from New York  answered…3mos3MO

Pro life but there should be a government program for adoptions to raise the children as supersoldiers for the army

 @B5SS6JV from New York  answered…3mos3MO

this is something I have extreme thought process on I think for rape , incest, and young children who have gotten molested should be able to get abortions and a child should never have to be force to have a another child is just cruel but honestly abortions are they persons choice regardless if they don't want the baby then they don't have to especially if they cant provide for it

 @B5NMKZQ from New York  answered…4mos4MO

I'm generally more pro-life, but I'm not strictly against abortion necessarily. I don't think abortion should be banned, but I do think that it shouldn't be the first thing recommended, and women should know the risks more.

 @B5NM72S from New York  answered…4mos4MO

pro-choice but if the father informs the mother that he I not in the economical or emotional situation to have a child he doesn't have to be present in the child life nor give childsupport

 @B5L2HKX from New York  answered…4mos4MO

I don't think it should be banned and I also think that their needs to be more social services to reduce the number of abortions.

 @B5KF2TM from New York  answered…4mos4MO

I am a Man, and have no say in this whatsoever. It would be irresponsible and immature for me to take any single stance on this since I have no idea how being a Woman truly feels and I never will. I do believe that EVERYONE has rights- that includes BOTH the Mother and the Child.

 @B5JW8DY from New York  answered…4mos4MO

I think that we should only kill the innocent little child when they are knocked up by a Young YN going to the league.

 @B5BC43B from New York  answered…4mos4MO

Pro-choice, I believe the abortion of a child should be the last resort but should still be legal . Victims of sexual abuse make this an incredibly difficult topic as it is a horrible and sad thing to have happen to somebody , where they didn't get to have a choice to be free and now are pregnant . I believe the majority of abortions could have been prevented by practicing safe sex or by using birth control/ vasectomy . Abortion is an incredibly invasive surgery that can have perminent mental and physical effects on the women who choose this .

 @B56W9RLIndependent from New York  answered…5mos5MO

I believe it is your choice, but if you truly got pregnant because you were messing around then I believe that you should have that child, then if you where you conceive that baby threw a traumatize event then that is your choice

 @B55LWFW from New York  answered…5mos5MO

A person should not be required or forced to donate organs, blood, etc. to others even in the case of abortion.

 @B4XQ7FZ from New York  answered…5mos5MO

I have a combination of banning it after 3 months and increasing the access to birth control, sec ed, and other social services. While I may morally disagree with it, I believe it is a woman’s right to control what happens with her body, however after a certain point the development should be deemed too far along to constitute an abortion.

 @B4VLV8BRepublican from New York  answered…5mos5MO

Pro-choice, but place some restrictions in the last trimester, unless in the case where the mother and/or fetus is in danger or sexual assault. In addition, social services should be provided to aid those struggling.

 @B4V2BXSNo Labels from New York  answered…5mos5MO

Pro life but allow it in cases of rape, incest, risk to the mother or child, and if there is no sign the fetus is alive.

 @B4KYKQY from New York  answered…5mos5MO

I believe women should have the choice to bring a child into the world or not, and I am pro life. I am not just pro unborn life.

 @B4JRK7L from New York  answered…5mos5MO

They should limit the number of times you can have an abortion to one, but it doesn't count in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child, or for other reasons.

 @B4HGSRX from New York  answered…5mos5MO

Pro life,but is banned after the first 3 months of pregnancy with the exceptions of cases of rape,incest,or danger to the mother or child

 @B4GRXWJ from New York  answered…6mos6MO

Pro-choice, the government has no right to regulate any individual's right to the choice of their own body. No matter anyone else's views on the matter. The individual has the right to make any choice for themselves given their circumstances.

 @B4D74LK from New York  answered…6mos6MO

pro-choice but ban it after the first 4 months, but allow it in case of danger to the mother or child or extreme changes in ones life, like they no longer have a safe, good place for the child

 @B4CP3X6 from New York  answered…6mos6MO

I feel like I'm both because if you are having sex knowing the consequences you shouldn't be aborting your baby especially if you took that big step of responsibility so now I would rather them take responsibility for their actions on the other hand if it was non consensual then I feel like you have the choice to abort

 @B4BXWSD from New York  answered…6mos6MO

I think there should be no abortion no matter what because all children are welcomed even if the parents suffer from money they should still be welcomed to the world

 @B4BGWV8 from New York  answered…6mos6MO

Pro-choice but ban after the first three months but in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child it should be allowed

 @B492CD4Democrat from New York  answered…6mos6MO

Pro -choice, no matter the circumstances. Schools should teach teens more about sex education and provide (for a cost paid by the parents/guardians of the student requesting) birth control to reduce the number of abortions if people are so against a woman exerting her rights to bodily autonomy.

 @B48SVHDDemocrat from New York  answered…6mos6MO

It's against my religion, but I believe it should still be available for others who need it or are victims of rape and incest, also in my religion it is allowed only under the condition if it is a danger to the mother, but yeah I believe people deserve to choose and it should be affordable as well.

 @B48SCP2 from New York  answered…6mos6MO

I highly dislike the fact that abortion exists however it is needed because of how many people suffer from child pregnancies or need one so they can live. also banning abortion could lead to other important medical procedures that are attached to the name "abortion".

 @B46986F from New York  answered…6mos6MO

In the middle of both Pro-life and Pro-choice simply because if someone was SA, incest, or was in danger via mother or child, I think that abortion would come in handy. I don't see fair to the victims and ones with financial struggles that might not have the choice to because the government is going to ban. I also think that providing birth control, a long with sex education, and other social services could help reduce the number of abortions if the government really thought abortions were such an issue. I stand in the middle of if abortions should be banned or not.

 @B3Z3488Republican from New York  answered…6mos6MO

If you were raped, or extremely under age or not able to give the child a good life than abortion but if you are just pregnant then no abortion

 @B3QGTSBRepublican from New York  answered…6mos6MO

I think abortion should be allowed if it’s rape or incest, and for everyone else it should be before a certain time of being pregnant

 @B3LHQG3No Labels from New York  answered…7mos7MO

Pro-Life but if there has to be Pro-choice, fathers should be able to choose if they pay child support if woman chooses to keep child.

 @B3KWYSK from New York  answered…7mos7MO

Pro-life, I believe that abortion is used today as a form of birth control and that is not what it was intended for, however in cases of birth defects, rape, incest, and the health of the mother than abortion should be available to that woman.

 @B3KJ293 from New York  answered…7mos7MO

I believe in providing birth control, sex education, and social services, but I think the real difference is gaining the trust of kids. Kids who begin their sexual activity should have someone they can safely own up to and get a further sex education from, someone such as their parents who rather than scolding them should inform them safe ways of having sex thus preventing pregnancy early in life. I don't mind abortions because in some cases they are necessary, yet I do not believe they should be treated as a form of birth control.

 @B3F49XP from New York  answered…7mos7MO

Pro life, but allow in cases of rape, incest or life to the mother. Sex education, birth control and the like will reduce abortions. Studies should be made on when babies become conscious, feel pain to provide more concrete levels of morality to shades of gray.

 @B3DFF8N from New York  answered…7mos7MO

Pro choice-I don't agree but the gov. has no right to ban it. We should also provide birth control, sex ed, and more social services to decrease the number of abortions.

 @B3DBRPL from New York  answered…7mos7MO

i think that abortions should not be illegal due to so many ppl gettingg raped or and teens being pregnant and can not afford it. but after a certain amount of time they shouldnt happen

 @B2Y36PQ from New York  answered…7mos7MO

At times of national crisis like this due to very low birth rates we must ban abortion temporarily except for rape and incest

 @B2WF98P  from New York  answered…7mos7MO

Pro-choice, women should be allowed to get an abortion in case of rape, incest, or could cause danger to the mother or child or both

 @B2V47TX  from New York  answered…7mos7MO

In the middle. We need to increase sex education and available birth control, but shouldn't normalize abortions that aren't a special case, like rape incest or a severe danger to the mothers health or desperate financial situations.

 @B2TLRSJ  from New York  answered…7mos7MO

I don't think abortion should be used as birth control, but I also don't think it should be banned, if absolutely medically necessary give the abortion and save the mother's life (or SA/rape).

 @B2TCZW3 from New York  answered…7mos7MO

I feel like if you have a kid that's your own fault you can't just say you want a abortion but if you get rape etc that's different also don't wait till the baby is like ready to come out to get a abortion

 @B2M5RJV from New York  answered…8mos8MO

Abortion should be prohibited you are literally killing a child it doesnt matter if you were raped or not dont blame it on the baby

 @B2MDVXV from New York  answered…8mos8MO

Pro-choice, I don’t think someone else should have control over my medical care, I believe after a certain point(3-4 months) abortion shouldn’t be an option for pregnant women and I think providing more available birth control and sex education will prevent unwanted pregnancies and in turn abortions

 @B2M5P37 from New York  answered…8mos8MO

Pro-life after 3 months unless it puts the mother in danger or the baby will not have a home that can support it

 @B2LHHMX from New York  answered…8mos8MO

I don’t think abortion is the issue. It’s used as a way to get people angry. We need to focus on supporting women and making their lives better. There’s obviously something wrong that we aren’t addressing and that’s why abortion is so popular

 @B2L6VMJ from New York  answered…8mos8MO

I’m more pro life because I undertand not everyone has will have a great life but I rather people be given the gift of life then receiving no life. Abortion shall be aloud in some cases of rape incest or danger to the mother. Maybe abortion should be allowed up into a certain time requirement like 3 months or something

 @B2G53F4 from New York  answered…8mos8MO

I believe that if the abortion is necessary for the mother to live due to health risks or danger to either the mother o child should definitely be allowed as well as for things such as rape or victims but abortion should not be allowed for people who want to abort the child due to gender or the fact that the decided that they no longer want the child or because the parents don't want the mother to give birth although I do think that if a mother births a child that she cannot afford, the hospital or government should provide single mothers or fathers with health insurance or even support…  Read more

Pro-choice, and provide sex education, and more social services that will help reduce the number of abortions

 @B2BDXNH from New York  answered…8mos8MO

I believe that the government has no right to ban abortion, instead they should provide birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortion. I also believe that if the states want to ban abortion they can go ahead but they should have exceptions for rape/incest victims and if the mother is in danger.

 @B24F9FKWomen’s Equality from New York  answered…9mos9MO

some kids are to young, someone could have gotten raped, not many people are able to give berth because they can die, and it's up to the women because it's there body and they are the ones dealing with all the pain for 9 months

 @B226DMM from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Middle ground between pro life and pro choice, allow abortions in cases of rape, incest, if mother/child is at risk, leaving it up to states is a good solution

 @B222PFLPeace and Freedom from New York  answered…10mos10MO

I personally agree with abortions, if females are not mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially ready for a baby they should be allowed to let go of it. nobody should be allowed to tell a woman what their are allowed to do with their bodies

 @9ZYSJL8 from New York  answered…10mos10MO

me opongo ya que hay personas que lo hacen constantemente deberia poner una ley donde se diga que no esta permitido abortar

 @9ZWR2V7 from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Should be legal for any reason until viable outside the womb, only for cases of rape, incest, health of the mother/sever birth defects after that point

 @9ZTFBK8 from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Pro-choice, the government should not regulate what people can do with their bodies (unless status quo imposes health risks to government-funded spaces, such as mandating vaccines for public school children). However, as a compromise, I’d be comfortable with a ban after 3-months.

 @9ZTCSBZSocialist from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Kinda both, but allow for cases of rape or danger to the mother. And teach birth control and sex education in schools. Also, the government has no right to band abortions.

 @9ZQ3Y99 from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Pro-choice as it should be allowed for cases of rape, incest and danger to a child but should be regulated to prevent mothers from aborting just for fun or because they cannot control themselves

 @9ZPYX5X from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Pro choice, but ban after 3 months with exceptions of rape, incest or danger to the mother or child.

 @9ZNG2CT from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Aboetion should be allowed under the circumstances of rape, incest and health of the mother. Abortion is not a method of birth control if you do not want to risk having a kid don’t partake in those activities.

 @9ZMY7C4 from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Pro-life but allow abortion incases of exceptions, also provide better birth control, and sex-ed to reduce problems like these.

 @9ZJKTL2 from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Women should be allowed to get abortions for any reason they feel is right. The government should not make laws or restrictions, and it should be up to the woman's right and decision and nobody else's.

 @9ZHWKX5 from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Pro life - but bans create undue hardships for medical care in places of strict bans and that should not be the case. Women’s medical care during pregnancy is vital.

 @9ZGCP38 from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Pro-life,invest into federal programs that would help pregnant single mothers with housing, food, healthcare and adoption services if they don’t want to keep the newborn.

 @9ZGBMFZ from New York  answered…10mos10MO

I’m pro-life, but I don’t think it’s the government’s job to tell people what to do with their bodies. It’s a personal and individual choice and freedom.

 @9YMMNWT from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Pro choice as long as it’s under like 4 months old plus providing birth control sex education and more social services it can help reduce that number all around

 @9YMFZXX from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Pro-choice allowing the individual to have full control of their body if they’re single and not in a married relationship. Allow it entirely if subject to rape, incest or danger to the mother or child.
