Yes, if they were here at a certain age they should automatically get a citizenship. After that age they must go into the military for at least a year and have no criminal record in order to be granted a citizenship.

I believe that if an illegal immigrant has a child in the united states that child should be considered a U.S citizen and the parents should be put into a program to help them become a legal citizens. However if they decide they do not want to be a citizen and take that legal step then deportation needs to be the action taken. I also feel that if an illegal immigrant family with children born in the U.S do get deported that the parents and children get deported together instead of separating families.

this is kinda a tough question I feel like yes and no, yes because they are children and have needs that citizenship could grant them, but also no because technically they were no born here. but I think the government should lower the amount of years you live here for children from 14 to something like 4-8 I think this would make it a little bit more fair to these children.

Yes However temporary.. if the parents have the intention to get their citizenship and must provide proof and have citizenship by the childs 3rd birthday. After that the child will need to become a citizen as well.

Only if they were born within the United States. This is how it is in other country’s so why wouldn’t it be here. However if they do not have a green card at the time of the child’s birth the father should be deported and the mother and children should be deported back to their country after they’re cleared to leave until they’re legal. However we should never separate mother and children.
