Yes if they are under a certain age where they do not have the ability to stop or prevent the individual bringing them here/with established US residency

 @9W38NLM from North Carolina  answered…9mos9MO

Their children born in the US should, but their children not born in the US shouldn't. Nor should this give the parents citizenship.

 @9KGBCMX from North Carolina  answered…1yr1Y

Yes the children should be granted citizenship but more importantly the parents should have easier access to become citizens in the first place.

 @9K4BZNH from North Carolina  answered…1yr1Y

No, their parents should have to apply for citizenship and this would automatically grant the child citizenship.

 @9J4VS6R from North Carolina  answered…1yr1Y

no the vast majority of Americans support putting undocumented immigrants on a pathway to citizenship

 @9HS6X6P from North Carolina  answered…2yrs2Y

If the children were born in the United States then they should because that is how the law is already.

 @9G3J75K from North Carolina  answered…2yrs2Y

If they've lived here for most of their life then why not? For example, if they were a baby or toddler when they came here and now they are 12. They deserve to be granted a legal citizen.

If they can prove there loyalty to me and this nation they might be fine.

It would depend on their state of health and they are being treated by their caretakers/parents.

If born here or spent a substantial portion of their childhood, yes, but if they were born here and brought back to their parents homeland only a few days later, then it isn't necessary.

 @8YWYYQBIndependent from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

yes but need to live here a certain time and be 18 and older and know the history behind this country

Yes if they were born here, came over before the age of 18 since their coming wasn't their decision (and in which case parents should get legal citizenship as well), or if they have relatives with legal status.

 @8VZLTCR from North Carolina  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, if they were born here and have graduated high school, but not their parents

 @8RH4NLH from North Carolina  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes the child should be granted citizenship but the parents need to stay with them and be granted a visa and should be put through a shorter 2-4 year citizenship program.

 @8HFX5FG from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

Children of illegal immigrants should not get granted legal citizenship, nor should the immigrant get a fast track to citizenship. It is extremely unfair to the other immigrants who are waiting in line legally. Instead, immigration reform needs to happen so that immigrants can come into the country more efficiently, so they're not enticed to enter illegally.

 @8HFX5FG from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

Illegal Immigrants who come into the US to have a baby so they can achieve citizenship faster is unfair to the rest of the immigrants who are immigrating the legal way.

 @8H7YZ5Z from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

No. They should apply like everyone else, but their application could be moved up with 4 years military or other community service.

If they were born here and/or raised here from a young age they should be granted citizenship.

 @97NBBTK from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

 @96WKKNS from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

yes once their parents have citizenship, they turn 18. Immigrants with kids should be fast tracked if born here.

 @8QYZQX9 from North Carolina  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes if they were born here, or their parent's got citizenship, but overall the process to gain citizenship needs to be simpler.
