Yes, and so should the parent, but the parent shouldn't be allowed to vote until they've spent 2 years in the U.S. and should be held to all laws its citizens are held to and should have mandatory health screening for the whole family. Further actions, weather vaccination or other medical needs should then be met to avoid forieghn disease. (This should be very strict, and I feel that if the immigrants have no where to go or have a contages disease, they should be deported.) Also, the immigrants have to become legal citizens to stay.

In my opinion yes. Because frankly it's not really their fault. If they were taken over here by their parents. It's not like they have a choice. Their children. They can't do anything without their parents say so. So it's not like they could make the decision to stay where ever they came from.

yes if they were born here or lived here there the majority of their childhood

 @8ZDG6LC from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

I think if their child was born in the United States or really trying to go through the process.

As long as the child is born in our country it should be considered a citizen

 @8JBNTPW from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Only if this issue is not being utilized by the government to kidnap children from their parents or guardians.

If they demonstrate qualities of a productive citizen that adds to the economy and society of the US.

 @98B42SK from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

No, but in general, the process of obtaining citizenship should be more streamlined and shorter.

 @97ZRLK6 from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, if they were born here, but should be deported with parents until parents come here LEGALLY or they turn 18.

 @8R692HJ from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but only if they were born here and their parents are alright with them staying in the US
