Yes, as long as it keeps the cost of medical care from being too high so as not to be seen as a way for the government to make more money off of the medical costs of the people.

 @9XLWK9G from Montana  answered…8mos8MO

Patient protection is very important but the affordable care act has made medical costs more expensive.

 @9VLN8H8 from Montana  answered…9mos9MO

No because people who illegally cross the border that use drugs doi not deserve what people who lost their job due to inflation.

 @9TLKQMJ from Montana  answered…10mos10MO

Yes but the government should not allow corporations to make money off of the health insurance companies. Its a service for all humans and not to be used and abused for making money off of life or death. Regulate companies that make the cancer drugs from killing or getting rid of scientists to find cures for cancer. If we have too many people in the country/world then just talk to all of us and tell us we can only have 1 or 2 children then allowing people to die miserable deaths

 @9D6T5F5 from Montana  answered…2yrs2Y

No because this Obama care didn't help, and because I didn't renew intime I pay an additional amount to my insurance.

 @9FZJQL8Constitution from Montana  answered…2yrs2Y

Obamascare, it didn't do well when it started and its still broken just like both of Obama's terms and his wife Michael you know...who's a dude

 @9BM7RP9 from Montana  answered…2yrs2Y

I think we just need a newer, better healthcare act. Honestly, we just need free, reliable healthcare.

 @96N3FC3 from Montana  answered…3yrs3Y

Why don't we just have free healthcare like other countries? That would be infinitely better than what we have right now. I don't even know what Obamacare was.

 @95W4M6G from Montana  answered…3yrs3Y

We need the western european universal health care process- obama care is not good enough.

 @95RQ8Q8Socialist from Montana  answered…3yrs3Y

No, we need universal healthcare, the ACA only addresses some issues in a failing system.

 @95FH8PM from Montana  answered…3yrs3Y

I support socialized healthcare, so this is a step in the right direction.

 @944YFK2 from Montana  answered…3yrs3Y

a universal healthcare system isn't the best option, though there is still obvious problems with our current healthcare system, a third unknown solution with a combination of both elements would be best.

 @92PRJXP from Montana  answered…3yrs3Y

I think government should be able to provide health insurance for those who cannot afford to pay for their own insurance, but the majority should come from what the person themselves paying for their own insurance

 @92BTJ7X from Montana  answered…3yrs3Y

until you drastically reduce the cost of health care there is no answer to the problem.

 @92BDFTQ from Montana  answered…3yrs3Y

healthcare should be avaliable to everyone and anyone under any circumstances

 @8XS65F2 from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8WPVVZN from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

It should not be forced upon people to buy health care they do not need

 @8WFSBRQ from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

I believe that is some circumstances there should be government assistnace in healthcare depending on each persons income. For all others that have a stable annual income, they should not be subjected to assistance on something they dont need help with.

 @8W9HV83 from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8VQ8YT6 from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

No, and all health insurance should be illegal. If that happened, costs would go down as medical providers wouldn't be able to expect insurance payouts and would be forced to lower costs.

 @8V9FHS2 from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but I believe it should only be offered for people with a specific income. Some people literally cannot pay health insurance, and others juts float on by using the government for their healthcare.

 @8TGYL5BPopulist from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

No, Obamacare has not helped the lower income people out at all, since healthcare prices have become unbearable since this was passed into law

 @8SQK2F4 from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

I support the program for people that need the help. We don’t need an insurance program for people who can afford their own insurance.

 @8RT38PJ from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

No, universal heathcare or nothing, obamacare decreased quality of insurance overall.

 @8RKRKKG from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

No. Fixing healthcare requires regulation of insurances, not control, reducing the needed amount of administration costs for providers, and reducing the time pharma and medical good manufacturers can hold patents and regulate prices of life saving medications

 @8QS3LLL from Montana  answered…4yrs4Y

 @FaithladybugIndependent from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

I think we should check who receives healthcare because some people who use Obamacare can actually pay for healthcare.

 @8NPBNZ2 from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8M4DVKL from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

I support an affordable plan but I am ABSOLUTELY against the mandate and penalty. We need a better plan but should not get rid of this one until we have a better replacement.

 @8LRRFBJ from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

No, the governments involvement has caused serveral of theses services in healthcare to become inflated and overpriced. Healthcare should return to an open market system since that will reduce the cost of healthcare for everyone and decrease taxation on the average citizens.

I believe in the idea of Obama care, unfortunately it did not pan out as wanted.

 @8JDN2M8Independent from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

This is trick question likely others in this 'quiz' . Government should be responsible for providing health care. People should not have to die or suffer due to lack of funds. Obama care did not help everyone and millions actually suffered because of it. Not having any health care would also be detrimental. The governments idea of the poverty level is grossly underestimated and needs to be reevaluated on a mass level.

 @8HX5SK4Independent from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

The insurance companies should not have to cover people with preexisting conditions. They are the reason that premiums went so high. Instead, those with preexisting conditions that are turned away by health insurance companies should be automatically enrolled in Medicaid regardless of income.

 @8HT9LZ2Constitution from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

No, there are aspects of the ACA I agree with such as pre-existing conditions and children given the ability to stay on their parents insurance. However the ACA needs to be reevaluated by the legislative branch as aspects of the act hurt the American people. It should also not be the job of courts to determine rulings on the ACA as it gives the judicial branch unconstitutional legislative privilege.

 @8DTTX4N from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

I say no because it was a overall failure. In a government option should be more like it's own company but funded by the government.

 @8DNNLT9 from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

yes but show proof that they need it and theyre trying to fix their situation

 @8DGGLYH from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

No, the government should not be involved in healthcare and the markets should be opened across state lines to help reduce costs.

 @8CHRHMX from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

No, people should not be required to get healthcare. Nor should they get taxed for for not applying.

 @8CCMRFX from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

I beleieve that the idea of Obama care was fantastic but it did not play out well at all

 @9CCMQ3Y from Montana  answered…2yrs2Y

I support certain provisions but oppose the statute's anti- religious impositions.

 @9BVK6KMIndependent from Montana  answered…2yrs2Y

A mandatory single payer system would be better but the entire national healthcare system would need to be overhauled.

 @98THDDK from Montana  answered…2yrs2Y

No, there should be a healthcare option for the lower income recipients, they should not however be able to fully rely on the government to pay healthcare fees.

 @97JHYFM from Montana  answered…3yrs3Y

We should have open markets across state lines and if someone has been turned down by at least two insurance companies for coverage due to a pre existing condition they should be eligible for Medicaid without regard for income as long as it is less than $25000 per year

 @8F6XCCD from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

No. The law was passed in secret and emergency vote against the will of the people and should be considered null and void as public policy

 @8JBXLPDDemocrat from Montana  answered…5yrs5Y

The U.S. health care system is terrible. We should adopt a free healthcare system similar to many other countries.

 @8YJG6ZH from Montana  answered…3yrs3Y

No insurance is pointless, this one is awful anyways. more of a formality.
