Yes, but a non-mandatory single payer system with allowances for private healthcare options would be even better

 @9NX299F from Illinois  answered…1yr1Y

Can we just help those who need it and make paying for health care cheaper and more widespread? And not turn down those who seriously need help.

Medicare for all... all Federal Employees should only be offered Medicare as their employment benefit same with social security.. no matching 401ks

 @9FT5RY7 from Illinois  answered…2yrs2Y

I support the principle and ideology behind it but i think there is still a long way to go to make it what it's supposed to be.

 @9F9HRBT from Illinois  answered…2yrs2Y

Instead of spending exuberant amounts of money on free healthcare we should adress the volatile healthcare market monopoly.

Only people with preexisting conditions, other than that I think healthcare should not be controlled by the government.

No, a single payer system would be better - the problem is insurance co's and Obamacare only holds us hostage to them.

Health care should be free, other countries like the UK and Russia have free health care, we could possibly use there ideas.

the individual mandate is clearly a troubling overreach of government power to force someone to buy a commercial product, drug imports should be allowed, prescription drugs should be made OTC whenever possible and we need to overhaul liability law regarding malpractice and have a "patient bull of rights" that forces clear and consistent pricing.

 @8W6MZQ8 from Illinois  answered…4yrs4Y

To an extent. I believe that Governmental Healthcare provided to Tax Payers should be a viable option, but privatized healthcare should similarly be available.

As long as healthcare companies don't use monopolistic practices, the government can opt-out of healthcare

 @8J85SX8Republican from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

No. I support the goal, but I do not think this was a great plan. It created more problems and allowed more loopholes to prevent people from receiving the healthcare they need. Socialized healthcare only takes away incentives to provide adequate health services.

 @8H74PKB from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

There should be set limits on all healthcare, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. And the government shouldn’t be able to tell you what you have to do. Like making it mandatory to wear masks. That should be personal decision.

 @8H5GJMJIndependent from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

The USA should realocate all funds and budget to public services, military, police, fire fighting, EMS, medical, schools.

 @8GSZVTH from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

No, people should decide if they want healthcare or not. Not everyone can afford healthcare so forcing them to have healthcare and pay for it isn't fair.

 @8GSFJVH from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

Only support pre existing conditions and ensuring yearly physicals for preventative care

 @8FBBFHD from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

No, it made us captive in forcing us to do business with a corrupt, obscene industry

 @8F6QF53 from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8CD9YYZ from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

No, obamacare only makes us captive to the insurance companies. Might as well just pay slightly more taxes and make healthcare single payer

 @8CD5MXR from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

 @98K7ZMK from Illinois  answered…3yrs3Y

They should not put loads of money into the healthcare that's being taken away from the army

I agree that pre-existing conditions should not be able to be a reason. To deny coverage. I also think that a system to provide Healthcare to all is a good thing. I do not however feel that it should be mandated to purchase insurance and/or opting into Obama care.

 @8FGRLW5 from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

No because for some people it is way too expensive and we need a cheaper one.

 @8VBBFXY from Illinois  answered…4yrs4Y

 @9FP2KHQ from Illinois  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but a multi-faceted-regulated single-payer system run and managed by multiple extensions of government would be even better, of course, approved and verified by medical professionals who would be the highest management power in that sector.
