I support the plan, however, private healthcare should at the same time be an option for those who can afford high quality medical care.

  @HelcovichEmireRepublican  from Maryland  answered…2mos2MO

No, I support protections for people with pre-existing conditions from being denied coverage, but I am strongly against birth control or contraceptives especially if it's free

 @9RYQFH3 from California  answered…11mos11MO

shifting substantial new revenues from non-health care sources to meet new health care obligations is not the greatest. Can be improved, so no i do not support

 @9RGR5JJ from Delaware  answered…12mos12MO

I support the expansion of Medicaid, but not the burdensome regulations of it, the elimination of the non-taxabilty of health insurance, and the narrow list of required things that must be covered.

 @9NP8LHM  from California  answered…1yr1Y

No, because while I support many aspects of it that have increased access to care, it has also led to an increase in taxes, the penalization of individuals who can't afford insurance, and higher insurance premiums for some individuals.

 @9ND4NTQ from California  answered…1yr1Y

I support this ONLY for the working poor, not for unemployed. I support this for those who are low income elderly or disabled as well.

No, government should give free and full healthcare to all not just a vetting system.

 @93TZFYYRepublican from Arkansas  answered…3yrs3Y

no, it does not work you are sill paying it in taxes so it not affordable/free

 @923WBZ5Republican from Wisconsin  answered…3yrs3Y

 @9229PHT from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

No, but government should regulate private insurers to ensure ordinary citizens can afford premiums.

No, the government should not be involved in healthcare but should crack down on hospital's charging stupid amounts of money

 @8V6499X from Florida  answered…4yrs4Y

We should not be forced to have healthcare or Obama care Obama care was a desserter we need better healthcare

 @8V57DXY from Florida  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8TZXPQK from Washington  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but only for those who cannot afford private healthcare. They will still have to pay that tax.

 @8TPKXMS from Pennsylvania  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8TNVS26 from Florida  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8TMNJSM from Arizona  answered…4yrs4Y

Only for the people who absolutely need it, like single people who have no income and are unable to work.

 @8SXW2K2 from Florida  answered…4yrs4Y

No but I think there should be some sort of healthcare plan for lower socioeconomic families

 @8SXJ3GJ from South Carolina  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8SFSVWM from Kentucky  answered…4yrs4Y

Have certain risks covered, and limits on people who add unnecessary risks like smoking.

 @8S5JDXD from North Carolina  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but only for those who truly need it until they can provide for themselves.

 @8S5CSGQRepublican from Illinois  answered…4yrs4Y

People should be able to have better health care if they can afford it. At the same time health care needs to be cheaper for people who don't qualify for ACA. And people on ACA who abuse it and go to ER for minor aches and coughs make it less affordable

 @8RQ2KJYRepublican from North Carolina  answered…4yrs4Y

No, I completely disagree with Obamacare it messed up the healthcare system. I do believe however the government could reform the healthcare system to make it so that it is fair. If you do not work and are able to just chose not to then you should not receive free healthcare and make people who work and do their job pay for their own health care and fund someone elses who just chooses not to work because they are lazy

 @8RLJ4HB from Ohio  answered…4yrs4Y

no, but the aspect of not allowing healthcare providers to turndown patients with preexisting conditions was a good idea

 @8RGWF54 from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8R9ZVLL from Louisiana  answered…4yrs4Y

I support some aspects of the plan but believe that government should play less of a role in healthcare

 @8R9T23S from Pennsylvania  answered…4yrs4Y

Freedom of choice, free healthcare for veterans, reduced healthcare for first responders

 @8R9K65B from New York  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, the idea of Obamacare is necessary, but the affordable care act did not execute well

 @8Q6VLLZ from Ohio  answered…5yrs5Y

Partially, I don’t because the program was not properly put together, though I support the idea of it and hope to have a better system in the future.

 @8Q2CZ9TRepublican from Arkansas  answered…5yrs5Y

absolutley not anything with obama in it should be abolished especially the one in rogers obamacare and obama himself are a bunch of clowns

 @8PXV38N from Ohio  answered…5yrs5Y

How about fixing the actual problems, hospitals cannot charge what insurance wants.

 @8PKFHJJ from Minnesota  answered…5yrs5Y

Something needs to be done to make health cate and medication affordable to all. Pharmaceutical companies make way too much money

 @8PKCG2G from New York  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8MVNNY4Republican from Pennsylvania  answered…5yrs5Y

Government should not be involved in healthcare unless someone can't afford it.

 @8LXWBW9Republican from Missouri  answered…5yrs5Y

No, but the government should require private healthcare at all levels of income

 @8M3TQJS from Iowa  answered…5yrs5Y

I only support that people with preexisting conditions cannot be discriminated against.

 @8KXVGZL from Georgia  answered…5yrs5Y

The government does not have the power to make citizens buy any product

 @8KMHJB6 from Virginia  answered…5yrs5Y

No, but there should be protections for people with pre-existing conditions.

 @8KJJJ3P from Colorado  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8K4CBT3 from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

No I believe there should be caps on what doctors and pharmaceuticals should be allowed to charge and insurance companies because the Obamacare wasn't carefully planed and excuted people who was already paying for insurance had to take a major increase to help cover the cost

 @8JSFZYL from Louisiana  answered…5yrs5Y

The government can be involved in healthcare, just not by forcing us to have it

 @8J3H8VJ from Maryland  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8HDGJSDPeace and Freedom from Indiana  answered…5yrs5Y

I like the idea of the act, but it has drove Healthcare through the roof. If they made it more affordable maybe it would lower premiums.

 @8H7V5CFConstitution from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

No, only basic healthcare should be free for those who cannot afford to pay for their necessities

 @8H5GJMJIndependent from Illinois  answered…5yrs5Y

The USA should realocate all funds and budget to public services, military, police, fire fighting, EMS, medical, schools.

 @8H3JYBN from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8H2TDMD from Oklahoma  answered…5yrs5Y

Healthcare should be private, but major insurers and medial providers should be transparent with their prices to make them competitive. Ultimately, lowering health care costs. Health care is the only market where you don’t know the price of it before you buy it. I mean you wouldn’t buy gas if the prices weren’t listed?

 @8GNV8VL from Nebraska  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8GKKTTJ from Arizona  answered…5yrs5Y

I prefer a Healthcare savings plan where the government funds only the initial 5k start up.

 @8FKHXQF from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but allow the individual states to run their own branches so that it is easier to establish what the people across the country need.

 @8F67CRSRepublican from Virginia  answered…5yrs5Y

No, insurance companies should receive hospitals cost of procedures instead of getting a 75% markup they would be able to lower the cost of insurance across the board.

 @8D3BYTL from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8CSMW7LLibertarian from Kentucky  answered…5yrs5Y

I like that free Healthcare is there for ones who genuinely need but to penalize the ones that make too much to qualify for free insurance but not make enough to afford to pay for it isn't right

 @8CMSRNF from California  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8CKH6FL from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8CK49S6 from Virginia  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but only the affordable part, all other aspects such as it being federally forced, no, it majorly negatively influences low income families with high co-pays, premiums and more. Set a universal premium and co-pay ammount and government required policy for all providers to allow people to take at something affordable with the regional minimum wage.

 @8CDHBX9Republican from Alabama  answered…5yrs5Y

Before Obama care we could have afforded individual insurance on our own. Now since Obama care we have to use marketplace insurance because as retired people too young for Medicare we cannot afford the insurance premiums without marketplace coverage.

 @8C6ZVY4 from Oregon  answered…5yrs5Y

Health care for people who do not work or can not work should be paid for by the government ie Obamacare but it should not be forced on people if you have health care from your employer you should be. able to keep it. If you are young and do not feel the need for health care you should not have to have it. Individuals should be able to choose if they carry health care or not.

 @9D3CK7V from California  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9C7KH8Q from Kentucky  answered…2yrs2Y

I believe our government should attempt to delve deeper into Healthcare, however Obamacare was inneffective

 @9C2RR8TRepublican from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

No, it should be replaced with a more effective and more free market alterative

 @98P3D9CRepublican from Florida  answered…2yrs2Y

I support a type of marketplace as it is under Obamacare for those who need it but it is currently not very efficient or even good. I would support a single payer system but also want to see private type insurance available to those who want it. Insurance as it is appears to line the pockets of the insurance companies more than anything so I definitely support something different from what we have in place right now.

 @9849F8DRepublican from New Jersey  answered…3yrs3Y

Parts of it are good parts of it, other parts not so much. Increased insurance rates for a lot of Americans. I think we should move towards creating a public option.

 @96KWJ4PRepublican from Georgia  answered…3yrs3Y

Should not be required to have insurance. Go back to traditional insurance, and make obamacare available only for low income or those with pre existing

 @95M422X from Pennsylvania  answered…3yrs3Y

Mandates on any and all companies limiting the profit margin on healthcare products and services

 @8W6NQ4QRepublican from North Dakota  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8TKPW8FRepublican from Florida  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but there should be more requirements as well as a timeline in which a member has to be back on their feet. People need to have a desire to help themselves rather than just relying on the government and other people's paychecks.
