Honestly, I think this shift at the DOJ Civil Rights Division is long overdue

For years, it felt like the division was laser-focused on only certain groups and progressive causes, while a lot of Americans felt left out or even targeted. It’s about time the DOJ started taking things like antisemitism and anti-Christian bias seriously, instead of just paying lip service or ignoring it altogether. If some of the old guard attorneys don’t like the new direction and decide to leave, maybe that’s a good thing—they clearly weren’t interested in a more balanced approach anyway. The idea that standing up to woke ideology somehow undermines civil rights is just laughable. Maybe now the division can get back to actually protecting everyone’s rights, not just the groups that fit a certain political narrative.
