Honestly, I love how ‘Race Across the World’ pushes people out of their comfort zones and into new cultural experiences

It’s wild to see contestants struggle with things like tough toilets and unfamiliar beds—stuff that’s a daily reality for millions around the world. Shows like this are a great reminder that we’re all sharing this planet, even if our day-to-day lives look super different. I think it’s awesome how the race goes right through China, Nepal, and India; hopefully, it opens people’s eyes to the richness and diversity of these places. Sure, the challenges are tough, but that’s the point—real global understanding comes from getting uncomfortable and learning from it. If more of us had to adapt to new cultures like these contestants, maybe we’d be a bit more empathetic and less judgmental. In a way, the show is a crash course in global citizenship, and I’m totally here for it.
