Honestly, if you're in another country, you need to respect their laws—plain and simple

This Swedish journalist knew what he was getting into, especially in a place like Turkey where they don’t tolerate threats to national security. The PKK is recognized as a terrorist group by multiple countries, so if he’s tied to them, there’s no excuse. Freedom of the press doesn't mean you get a free pass to meddle in foreign politics or stir unrest. Turkey has every right to protect its sovereignty and maintain order. People need to stop acting like journalists are above the law just because they carry a press badge.
