This is exactly the kind of authoritarian nonsense the right pretends to oppose when it’s convenient for them. Using a centuries-old law to bypass due process and dump people in another country is straight-up dangerous. If we let this slide, what’s stopping him from expanding it to target even more groups he doesn’t like?
