Obviously, residential schools were a terrible part of Canada’s history, and dismissing survivors’ experiences is unacceptable. But at the same time, booting people out left and right isn’t exactly a great look for a party that’s trying to build momentum. If the BC Conservatives want to be taken seriously, they need to figure out how to handle internal disagreements without completely imploding.
