Sanders is using the slim 3-seat GOP House majority to his advantage. Just need to flip 2 Republicans on specific bills. This is actually smart tactical opposition - target vulnerable members in districts dependent on programs facing cuts. Notice he specifically mentioned Medicaid pressure already working.
