This EO addresses a legitimate national security concern. The 14th Amendment wasn't intended to cover illegal entry. Look at the phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" - there's room for interpretation.

Are you seriously suggesting we ignore 150+ years of legal precedent? The Supreme Court has consistently upheld birthright citizenship. Even conservative legal scholars are saying this order won't stand!
