If Islamists want to practice Taqqiye to Islamify Europe, wouldn't it be smarter to wait to blow their terroristic load when they have already become the majority/competing majority population? Act all nice and integrated so mass migration continues uninterrupted until Islam is the majority and THEN attack? Backlash to these acts of terrorism whilst they're in the minority could lead to the end of their plans. Are they dumb?

Or does spreading fear make people less likely to push back? I mean, many westerners, despite obviously noticing most terrorism comes from Islam, still continue to advocate for open borders. Let's just be so nice the Islamists realise how nice we are and then don't hurt us . It really is pathetic.
