I really hope this promise of a smooth transition isn’t just lip service because we all saw how chaotic it got before. I’m skeptical about what this "new chapter" will look like, especially given Trump's track record on things like democracy and human rights. Cooperation sounds nice in theory, but I’m not sure how much can actually get done when his policies are so far from what we need to move forward. We need real progress, not a return to the past.
