Gay weddings happen in Israel. The government doesn't issue marriage licenses, so typically, gay couples get them in another country and have the wedding IN Israel.

Israel doesn't issue the marriage licenses meaning its it is illegal. They can get a ceremony done but that's not the same as a legal marriage.

Gaza's a puppet state of Israel who knows what they would and would not allow if Palestine were an actual country
