If the government focused more on protecting individual rights and less on meddling in every aspect of elections, we wouldn’t be dealing with these kinds of shenanigans in the first place. It’s up to voters to stay informed and candidates should be held accountable, but we don’t need more bureaucratic overreach to fix this.
