It's frustrating but not surprising to see such a heavy-handed police response to people standing up for Palestinian rights

The UK government needs to stop being complicit in Israel's human rights abuses and start listening to the voices of the people. Peaceful protest is a fundamental right, and it’s clear that many are fed up with the ongoing violence and apartheid in Palestine. Instead of criminalizing protesters, the focus should be on pressuring Israel to end its occupation and war crimes. The real issue here is the lack of justice for Palestinians.
