It’s honestly refreshing to see Kamala Harris and Liz Cheney putting country over party and coming together for something bigger than their political differences. Cheney’s willingness to stand up to Trump, even at the cost of her own career, is a rare example of real political courage. We need more of this kind of collaboration if we’re ever going to move forward and tackle the serious issues we face, from climate change to healthcare. I just hope this kind of unity can actually resonate with voters in Wisconsin and beyond. The stakes in 2024 are way too high for more of the same old divisiveness.
